Investigation by the Secret Service in Williams County will remain secret

An investigation by the Secret Service in Williams County will remain secret for the time being. U.S. Secret Service agents executed a search warrant at a residence in the 15000 block of County Road M on March 13 and returned to the same address on March 27. United State Attorney General Public Information Officer Mike Tobin responded to a Bryan Times inquiry Friday morning. After the first search, Williams County Sheriff Steve Towns said the agents “were doing an investigation of improper conduct on the internet.” He confirmed a laptop computer was seized during the second.
