James A. “Jim” Pringle, 53

James A. “Jim” Pringle, 53 years, of Bryan, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018 in his home, surrounded by his family after a fierce battle with cancer. Jim was born April 27, 1964 in Loudonville, Ohio, the son of Maxell D. and Marlene F. (McClure) Pringle. He was a 1982 graduate of Edgerton High School. He married Kim R. Whitman on June 25, 1994 in Bryan, and she survives. Jim was a truck driver, driving for Keller Trucking. He had previously worked as a supervisor in various plastics factories around the area. Jim was an avid Cleveland Indians and Ohio State Football fan as well as a fan of the Minnesota Vikings. He enjoyed playing poker and fishing. He loved spending time with his family, especially his wife Kim, daughter Brandy and the grandkids, Zakary and Zoe and his beloved dog, Belly.

Surviving is his wife, Kim, of Bryan; daughter, Brandy Russell of Bryan; two grandchildren, Zakary and Zoe Russell; his mother, Marlene Pringle of Bryan; one sister, Colleen Hamman of Bryan; two brothers, Chris (Shari) Pringle of Edgerton and Gary (Christi) Pringle of Middlebury, Indiana; sister-in-law, Teresa Pringle of Butler, Indiana; five nieces, Courtney Pringle, Megan Hamman, Lisa Vickery, Lindsay Pringle, Lauren (Josiah) Cliffton; three nephews, Shane Pringle, Parker Pringle and Rob Hamman; best friend, Lance Bowsher of Edgerton. He was preceded in death by his father, Maxell.

There will be no visitation and a celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Life Changing Realities Fellowship with Pastor Byron Adams officiating. Interment will be private for the family.

Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial donations be given to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
