Jerry L. Tracy, age 69, of Wauseon, passed away unexpectedly on Monday morning, August 25, 2014 at the Fulton County Health Center. Jerry was a Pastor with the Adullam Prison Ministry in Ohio and South Carolina. He also ministered to the homeless at Toledo Gospel Mission on Jefferson Avenue every Wednesday night for the last five years.
Jerry was born in Toledo on July 11, 1945, the son of Lawrence and Marilyn (Downing) Tracy. On January 28, 1967 he married Suzette Hatzidakis, and she survives. He was a member of Grace Bible Church in Defiance.
Surviving, besides his wife, Suzette, is his mother, Marilyn Tracy of Toledo, two brothers, Dennis (Elizabeth) Tracy of Toledo, Richard (Martha) Tracy of Indiana, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by spiritual sons, Raymond Tillman of South Carolina, Scott Cole of Marion, Ohio, Daniel Fyffe and Richard Jenkins, both of Grafton, Ohio, as well as many others. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Tracy.
