Jimenez Faces Charges

A former Defiance Softball Association officer is sentenced on a theft-related charge in Defiance County. Carollyn Jimenez was placed on community control for four years by Judge, Joseph Schmenk on misuse of credit cards charges. She also was ordered to make $4,000 in restitution within one year and to have no contact with the organization.
