Joanne Bickford, age 80, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 12:23 A.M. on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers-Bryan. Mrs. Bickford had been and EKG Technician at Toledo Hospital for many years and had also worked as a bank teller. She was a sports fan who enjoyed supporting the Ohio State Buckeyes, Detroit Tigers, Cleveland Indians and Browns
Joanne was born on October 11, 1936, in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of John H. and Mary V. (Graham) Kizer. She married Robert H. Bickford and he preceded her in death.
Joanne is survived by daughters, Michelle Karpinski, of Toledo and Jeaninne Zgorzelski, of Temperance, Michigan; sons, Jan Leduc and Chris Leduc, both of Toledo; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brothers, James Kizer, of Edgerton and John Kizer, of Baltimore, Maryland and companion, Robert Galloway, of Bryan. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a grandson.
In accordance with Joanne’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time
