Tips from the Williams County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page leads to the arrest of Katelynn Jones of Wauseon. In November, Jones was indicted for breaking and entering at the Bryan branch of the Williams County Public Library. After skipping out, she was located and brought in again on charges.
