Julia Dunlap, 71

Julia Lou Dunlap, 71, of Camden, passed away Sunday, March 31,2013 at home. She was born January 4, 1942 in Hillsdale County MI, the daughter of Enos Dey and Mary Lucille (Howald) Robinson. She graduated from Camden-Frontier High School in 1960 and from Riggs Beauty School in Hillsdale in 1961. Julia was active in the PTA at Camden-Frontier Schools and a member of the United Brethren Church, Hillsdale County Womens Extension, and 4-H. She loved attending her grandchildren’s activities as well as bowling, square dancing, and mowing her lawn.

Survivors include her husband, Harvey Dunlap, whom she married August 26, 1961; one daughter, Lucinda (David) Grimm of Camden; one son, James (Lisa) Dunlap of Camden; 4 grandchildren, Trevor and Mandy Dunlap, Cody and Sara Grimm, all of Camden; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Maurice Robinson; and one sister, Gloria Kirkingburg.

Visitation is scheduled Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel, Reading. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 5, 2013 at 1:00 p.m., at Lakeview United Brethren Church, Amboy Township, with Pastor Steve Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Woodbridge Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the Lakeview 180 Youth Laurel Mission Trip.
