Kelley Faces Charges

Robert Kelley of Bryan is arrested and charged with felony sexual conduct. Prosecutors say he compelled a 15-year-old girl to have sex with him. Kelley was taken to the Corrections Center in Stryker after his arrest. He was released on a personal recognizance bond. Conditions of his release include no contact with the alleged victim or with anyone under the age of 18 without supervision.
