A Defiance man is given a mandatory prison term in Defiance County on cocaine charges. Joshue Killion pled guilty to trafficking cocaine and was given an eight-year prison term. He also was ordered to make $2,180 in restitution. A charge of heroin trafficking was dismissed. Killion and a co-defendant sold more than 20 grams of cocaine to a confidential informant on May 25.
