Kindergarten Teacher Charged with Child Endangerment

A kinder­garten teacher has been charged with child endan­ger­ment after she was caught on cam­era appar­ently push­ing one of her stu­dents up against a wall and grab­bing his face and shirt. Pros­e­cu­tors filed a mis­de­meanor charge yes­ter­day against Bar­bara Williams, a teacher at Riverdale Local Schools. Williams had already been sus­pended for 10 days after the sur­veilance video was made pub­lic last month. The boy’s par­ents want the teacher fired.
