Latta On Opiod Crisis

Congressman, Bob Latta of Bowling Green, hosted a forum panel discussion at Defiance College on the opioid and heroin epidemic in Ohio. A 2016 report has Ohio leading in opioid overdose deaths. Latta is a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which has jurisdiction over health care and opioid related issues. He is currently working on a bill, directing Health and Human Services to create a public database to combat the crisis.
