Laura Jellison, 64

Laura Jean Jellison, age 64, of Wauseon died unexpectedly Sunday March 29, 2015 in her home. Prior to her retirement she had worked for the former Sheller-Globe Corporation and had also worked as an LPN for Community Health Professionals Hospice.

Ms. Jellison was born on April 28, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of the late Robert Eugene and Jean Marie (Keister) Jellison. She enjoyed going to Shipshewana, the Findlay Balloon Fest and hosting barbecues.

Surviving is her mother, Jean Marie Frye of Wauseon, brother; Jerry Jellison of the Michigan Upper Peninsula, sisters; Deb Otermat and Kathi Joseph both of Findlay, Tami Coleman Jean Stratton and Bobbi Jo Adkins all of Pikeville, KY, and Jackie Jenkins of Bowling Green, KY. Also surviving are many cousins, nieces, nephews and very special helpful friends; Harry Pfab, Diana York and Community Health Professionals Hospice nurse, Janetta Dilyard. Preceding her in death besides her father were infant twin sisters; Debra and Diane Jellison.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30am Friday April 3, 2015 at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon with Pastor Donna Stutzman officiating. Interment will follow in the Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home from 4:00-8:00pm on Thursday. The family requests that memorial contributions be made either to Community Health Professionals Hospice or the charity of the Family’s choice.
