Leipsic woman killed in Friday crash

In Leipsic, a woman was killed in a crash on Friday. 24-year-old Sara Montgomery died at the scene of the crash on Ohio 65 near Putnam County Road C. She was a passenger in a car driven by 24-year-0ld Miles Gibson, who police say fell asleep at the wheel and hit a pole. Montgomery was in the rear seat and was not wearing a seat belt. A toddler was also in the vehicle, in a safety seat, and was not hurt.
