Lights Out In Bryan

ower was out for more than an hour in the east and north part of Bryan. A fire started in a mulch pile at Oberlin Farms Demolition and Recycling on County Road D. A tree trimming truck was dumping mulch onto a pile when its boom hit a nearby power pole. Lines from the pole fell onto the mulch pile and started the blaze. Bryan crews extinguished the fire in minutes. There were no injuries.
