Litchfield Charged After Losing Homing Device

A Fulton County man is charged after eluding officers. Officials told reporters Jeremy Litchfield of Archbold took off his electronic monitoring device from the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. Litchfield fled the scene. Henry County deputies found the suspect in the vicinity of Ohio 108 and U.S. 24, 10 minutes later. Litchfield was taken into custody and transported to CCNO. Additional charges are pending.
