Amanda Recollet, 35, Bryan, pleaded not guilty to a charge of attempted tampering with evidence, a fourth-degree felony. Recollet’s bond was continued. A pretrial hearing was set for May 2.
Nathan Hinker II, of Montpelier, was sentenced to five-years of community control, 90 days jail suspended and given a $1,000 fine, after he previously pleaded guilty to a charge of improperly handling firearms, a fourth-degree felony.
Todd Whitman of Bryan, pleaded guilty to charges of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. Whitman’s bond was continued. A pretrial hearing was set for May 23.
