Local Crews Handle Field Fire

A grass fire on County Road 18.75, south of U.S. 6 threatens farms in the area for a time. Crews from Bryan and Stryker took on the flames. The fire was reported when cinders from a burn pit landed on corn stubble. No structures were damaged and no injuries were reported.
