LOCOMOTIVE FIRE REPORTED

A loco­mo­tive caught fire Wednes­day after­noon in Edger­ton.

Williams County Com­mu­ni­ca­tions cen­tral dis­patch released a report say­ing that Edger­ton Fire Depart­ment and Nor­folk South­ern Rail­road were called to the tracks across from the Bull­dog, at 404 W Vine Street just after lunchtime yes­ter­day after­noon to put out the fire. No injuries were reported and there is no esti­mate of dam­age to the locomotive.
