Luebrecht Trial Starts

A Fort Jennings man, accused of drowning his 13-month-old son, tells the court his medications made him kill. The new trial for Michael Luebrecht began in Putnam County. It comes after Luebrecht withdrew his guilty plea for aggravated murder relating to the death of his son in 2005. In 2006, Luebrecht had been sentenced to life in prison. Counsel told the jury that Luebrecht does not deny that he drowned his son in the bathroom of his home.
