Man Injured In Fostoria

A man is struck by an arrow in Fostoria. It happened on Walnut Street. Police found a 24-year-old man wounded through his lower extremities. The man was taken to Fostoria Community Hospital, then flown to a trauma center. A juvenile was practicing with a target behind his house when he shot the man. Investigators say the incident appears accidental. The case is under investigation.
