Man pleads insanity after walking away from furlough

A Pauld­ing man charged with escape from a med­ical fur­lough in Octo­ber has pleaded not guilty by rea­son of insan­ity in Pauld­ing County Com­mon Pleas Court. He’s 26-year-old J. Tucker Har­man. He was arrested in Cheboy­gan County, Michi­gan last month. He walked away from med­ical fur­lough on Octo­ber 30th. His orig­i­nal charge was hav­ing weapons under dis­abil­ity. He is set to be in court for a jury trial on Jan­u­ary 5th. His bond set at $100,000 with no 10% privilege.
