Man tased by Springfield police has died.

A man who was left seriously injured after he was tased by a Springfield police officer has died.  Family members say Patrick Foley passed away over the weekend.  Body cam video of the incident reportedly shows an officer using a taser on Foley as he runs away down a gravel alley last Tuesday, causing him to immediately fall forward and hit his face on the ground.  Officers on the recording then call for an ambulance before taking Foley to the hospital themselves.  The officer who used the taser is on paid administrative leave as Ohio BCI investigates the incident.
