Ohio State Patrol troopers have charged a West Unity man with operating under the influence for the 6th time, which is a felony charge. Timothy Baltosser was arrested Sunday after he was stopped for speeding on US 127 near mile-post 17 in Williams County.
Baltosser is scheduled to appear in Bryan Municipal Court on Thursday.
