McCabe Case Update

A Malinta man pleads guilty in a Henry County Courtroom…accused of giving a family member a dangerous drug…leading to an overdose. Tyler McCabe, 27, remains the subject of an investigation by area law enforcement. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 17. A charge of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, will be dismissed at sentencing as part of plea deal.
