Miller Gets Sentenced

A Defiance man is sentenced to a decade in prison on charges involving a female juvenile. Matthew Miller was given the 10-year term by Judge, Joseph Schmenk, on a charge of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor. He is now classified as a tier 3 sexual offender. Miller will be eligible for early judicial release after serving five years.
