After several years of unsuccessfully applying for the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Small City Program, the City of Bryan was approved for participation this year. The state will pay 95 percent of the costs, up to a $1.2 million maximum, in federal funds for applicable projects…such as resurfacing work on Main Street. In addition to resurfacing, work will include some replacement of sidewalks, manholes, curbs and catch basins.
