Montpelier man pleads not guilty to sex offenses involving minor.

A Montpelier man facing charges relating to sex offenses involving a minor or impaired person has pleaded not guilty in Williams County Common Pleas Court. Robert J. Rodriguez was indicted by a Williams County grand jury last month on a charge of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor or impaired person, a second-degree felony. It is alleged on Jan. 21 that Rodriguez recorded, filmed or otherwise created material showing a minor participating or engaging in sexual activity.
