More Evidence Of The Area’s Massive Heroin Addiction Problem

The Multi Area Narcotics Unit now says several drug-related arrests were made as a result of an investigation of two recent suspected heroin overdoses. Last Thursday, 37 year old Chadwick Wiseman of Defiance, was found suffering from what appeared to be a heroin overdose. Wiseman was treated at a local hospital and released.
