Democrat State Senator Frank Mrvan (MER-van) will soon introduce legislation to raise Indiana’s Minimum wage. It would increase the wage from 7.45 to fifteen dollars an hour over a three year period. Mrvan told reporters he believes no person should work 40 hours a week and not have enough money to feed their children and pay utilities. This bill comes after a previous proposal by Mrvan and his democratic colleges were killed in the senate.
