NAMI Plans Meeting Tuesday

The next NAMI Four County meet­ing will be held at the Defi­ance office of Maumee Val­ley Guid­ance Cen­ter at 7 p.m. Tues­day, May 6.

CEO Con­nie Plan­son of Maumee Val­ley Guid­ance Cen­ter, and Rhonda Muehlfeld, cen­ter direc­tor of Health Part­ners of West­ern Ohio, will pro­vide a one year update on the part­ner­ship between the two agen­cies, explain­ing the num­ber of behav­ioral clients and com­mu­nity mem­bers who have become patients of the pri­mary health­care prac­tices that are based in the Defi­ance Maumee Val­ley Guid­ance Cen­ter office and the Bryan office of Recov­ery Ser­vices of North­west Ohio.

NAMI Four County is an affil­i­ate of the National Alliance on Men­tal Ill­ness, the nation’s largest orga­ni­za­tion of fam­ily mem­bers and friends of per­sons liv­ing with a men­tal ill­ness, as well as those who have a men­tal ill­ness. The group meets the first Tues­day of the month at 7 p.m. All meet­ings are open to the pub­lic.
