Napolean teacher arraigned in Henry County Court of Common Pleas on 13 sex-related charges

In a follow up on a story we brought you last week, 28 year old Brian Kressbach has been arraigned in Henry County Court of Common Pleas on 13 sex-related charges. Kressbach, a Napoleon teacher, is now being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker, on a $250,000 bond with no 10 percent allowed. His pre-trial is set for Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. Kressbach is reportedly on leave from St. Paul Lutheran School on Glenwood Ave., following his arrest by Napoleon Police Department on a sex complaint. The Henry County Grand Jury filed a 13-count indictment with the court which includes one count gross sexual imposition; four counts of sexual battery; and eight counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
