NAPOLEON OFFICER HURT IN CRASH

A Napoleon police offi­cer was injured Thurs­day morn­ing in a one-vehicle crash while respond­ing to a pur­suit with the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.

28 year old Patrol­man Brad Strick­land ran off the road and hit a util­ity pole and small tree before over­turn­ing in a field.

Strick­land was taken to Henry County Hos­pi­tal, Napoleon, with non-life threat­en­ing injuries.

The crash remains under inves­ti­ga­tion.

Strick­land was respond­ing to assist the Henry County Sheriff’s Office with a vehi­cle pur­suit when the crash occurred.
