Flags in Napoleon are flying at half staff today.
The Mayor of Napoleon has ordered that flags in the city be flown at half-staff beginning today and until Sunday, Feb. 9 at sunset.
The half staff order is being issued in respect of former city of Napoleon Councilman Terri Williams who passed away Saturday morning.
