Napoleon teacher facing 13 counts of sex charges appeared in court Monday morning

A Napoleon teacher facing 13 counts of sex charges appeared Monday morning in Henry County Common Pleas Court. A jury trial date of April 3 was set by Judge John Collier during the pre-trial conference. A final pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 10. 28 year old Brian Kressbach of Napoleon, was recently indicted by a Henry County grand jury on 13 charges including gross sexual imposition, sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Kressbach had been a teacher at St. Paul Lutheran School on Glenwood Ave. He is being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker, on a $250,000 bond.
