Police in Noble County reveal the identity of a homicide victim. 39-year-old, Suzanne Moore previously lived in the Rome City area but most recently was staying in Fort Wayne. That’s where police served a search warrant and arrested 39-year-old Tracey Martin. Moore’s body was found Sunday along Noble County Road 500 South. The cause of her death is being withheld as the investigation continues.
