New Bavaria man enters not guilty pleas to multiple child porn counts

A New Bavaria man has entered not guilty pleas to a 100-count indictment in Henry County Common Pleas Court in a case that dates back to September 1. 37 year old Jason Ladd was indicted on 50 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and 50 counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor. Ladd’s bond was set at $100,000 cash. He is currently being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker. A pretrial hearing was set for Jan. 24.
