New building at the Henry County Fair.

Some big changes have been made since last year at the Henry County Fairgrounds. The most noticeable of those changes is the completion of the Henry County Community Event Center that will be the center of many activities at this year’s fair, which begins Thursday and continues through Aug. 14th. The 43,750-square-foot multi-use facility, located in the northeast corner of the fairgrounds, was officially completed in June. During the fair, the event center will showcase 4-H and FAA livestock projects.
