New director for Williams Co. Board of Elections.

Last week, the Williams County Board of Elections hired Rachel Garcia to replace Grant Sims as elections director. Garcia started working at the department 18 years ago in an as-needed clerk position, and has worked at the Williams County Board of Elections for 20 years.
