A representative of the Defiance Baseball Association showed City Council plans to improve four ballfields the organization maintains, using its own money and city funds. Randy Swary explained plans to relevel the infields at Kingsbury and Diehl parks, as well as two at the Knights of Columbus field on North Clinton Street.
