New homes in Edon on the way.

The Williams County Port Authority approves contracts for the building of two houses in Edon…while approving the sale of one of those homes. Located at 205 and 209 Bunny Lane, construction is set to start soon…and be finished by Jan. 15. Andelynne Homes, out of Pioneer, was contracted for the work, which will be paid with the help of a loan agreement from State Bank for up to $300,000 dollars. At special request of the buyer, the home at 205 Bunny Lane will have a two-car garage instead of a one-car garage the authority normally builds.
