A new state law proposing a ban on student cellphone use in Ohio public schools prompts a number of opinions from area district superintendents. If approved, Ohio Senate Bill 158, introduced April 1, would introduce the prohibition at the beginning of the next school year. The legislation has been assigned to a Senate committee.
