County commissioners sign off on a funding package to bring a new meat market to S. State St. in Pioneer. Hometown Meat Market, LLC, plans to spend at least $284,550 to buy and renovate the building and purchase machinery and equipment to start operations as a fresh meats and deli store. The project is anticipated to employ three workers within 24 months after project completion, including two who meet the state’s Low and Moderate Income guidelines.
