The Williams County Sheriff’s Office has a new police dog to replace K-9 Max, who will be retiring at the end of the year. The new K-9, named Ruin is a 1 ½ yr. old Dutch/German Shepherd mix that was imported from Poland. Deputy Ken Jacob, a 17 yr. veteran, was selected as the new K-9 handler and will be attending 14 weeks of training.
