A non-profit behavioral health organization is looking at a site in Napoleon to building a new, 12,000 square foot substance abuse treatment facility. The problem, is zoning. The area will require a change and a meeting to address that was held last week by the Community Improvement Corporation of Henry County. The facility would employ about 30 people and construction expected at about $1.2 million. They are waiting for the ok to change it from industrial to commercial.
