38 year old Earl Miller pleaded guilty to con­tribut­ing to the unruli­ness or delin­quency of a child. He was placed on non-reporting pro­ba­tion for three years and ordered to have no con­tact with female juve­niles (with one excep­tion) with­out per­mis­sion of his super­vis­ing offi­cer. A grand jury indict­ment against Miller for two counts of sex­ual bat­tery alleg­ing coerced sex­ual con­duct with a 16-year-old girl, was dis­missed.

24 year old Nathan Dobbe­laere pleaded not guilty to tres­pass in a habi­ta­tion. A pre­trial hear­ing in his case has been sched­uled for Jan. 7th.

26 year old Jason Gon­za­les pleaded not guilty to ille­gal assem­bly or pos­ses­sion of chem­i­cals for the man­u­fac­ture of drugs. A pre­trial hear­ing was sched­uled for Jan. 14th.

31 year old Bran­den John­son pleaded not guilty to domes­tic vio­lence. A pre­trial hear­ing was sched­uled for Jan. 7th in his case.
