Nexus Pipeline Company Sues Summit Co. Residents

As promised, the company behind the $2 billion Nexus Pipeline has sued 91 Summit County residents as it tries to gain access to private property for surveying needs. The proposed three-foot-wide, 250-mile-long pipeline would carry natural gas from Columbiana County to Defiance before turning north and running into Canada. Judges in Fulton, Lucas, and other counties along the route have granted access. A request in Wayne County is pending.
