James Thomas of Ney is indicted on drugs and weapons charges. Prosecutors say he had morphine sulfate tablets…a felony. He also possessed a police revolver that was stolen. He has prior weapons and drugs convictions, so insiders say he could see an extensive prison sentence at his next court date.
