Ney man charged with Circle K robbery

A Ney man has been arrested and charged with armed robbery from an April 18th incident at the Circle K store in Liberty Center. 25-year-old James Harruff was identified by surveillance video with a gun during the robbery. He’s waiting for a pretrial hearing in Napoleon Municipal Court and is in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio
