No Case In Hunting Accident

No criminal charges are filed in connection to the accidental shooting on Nov. 27 near Edon. It happened during a “deer drive” on the opening day of deer season on County Road 4. A group of people posted outside the woods, while others walked through the brush to flush out the deer. One bolted into the open and someone took a shot…the victim happened to be in between the hunter and the target.
