Local analysts are beaming these days, as Ohio is experiencing a boom of sorts in the housing market. Last month’s sales were up a full 6.9 percent from 2016’s own record-setting November tally, that’s according to the Ohio Association of Realtors. In Williams, Henry, Defiance and Fulton counties, home sales were up 4.7 percent, to 773 in 2017…up from 643 in 2016. Insiders are excited about the future home market here…as a new tax cut combines with a strong jobs scene.
